I think this week goals is to start marketing more through Craigslist, Backpage, and Kijiji to bring in leads while, at same time seek out REO properties, and pre-foreclosures. I need step the marketing and drive people to me, rather than the other way around. Last week sent out 73 postcards, 15 pre foreclosure letters. [...]

There’s a new wave of foreclosures coming, and it’s bigger than expected.
While this news is upsetting to most, it’s an excellent opportunity for us in the Short Sale business to continue to create win-win-win situations for us, homeowners, and lenders.
