I have set up two appointments for tomorrow one is a pre foreclosure the other is off my drive for dollars list. So, far only one look like I maybe able to do something with like a “sub to”, but I will see tomorrow. I’m preparing more postcards from the absentee list. Oh yes, my first batch of probates letters go out tomorrow. I’m just mailing to the executor not the heirs. I think I will keep my probate mailing on a quarterly rotation, once all my letters are mailed out.  So, I will add the executor address to my new probate spreadsheet and plan on following up until they either sell or until they curse me out.
