Game Plan

game-plan-small1

OK, it’s an idea I talk about quite often to start an accountability blog to document process and hope to stop my procrastination to financial freedom.  After 10 years of employment, I received a layoff notice, I received a layoff notice.  I guess there’s no use in complaining about it. It is what it is. Now, I need to find a way to take advantage of this layoff.  My first step is to translate real estate investing into a full time business that can make money and develop a business plan for my goal to financial freedom.  I need to identify all of the key elements I’m going to need to start my new focus.  More importantly, I will outline what I need to get things moving in the right direction. Well, one thing is a must this Memorial Weekend is to jot down some ideas in order and make sure all of my bases are covered.  I will do this every week.  So, Please Check me out.

                 1. Create a Squeeze page for Sellers

                 2. Create a Squeeze page for Buyers

                 3.  Create a Business Card for Seller

                 4.  Create a Business Card for Buyers

                 5.  Get a list from the low hanging fruits (Code Compliance, Tax liens)

                 6.  I’m thinking about getting Ron Mead “The Probate Guy” Course

                 7.  I think that will be enough for me to work on tomorrow

Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!

” Happy Investing, Live Life Fully!”

PS. Here some tips. If you ever sadly get lay off like me!

1) Update your resume right now.

2) Get some exercise.
I know this sounds weird, but it is going to help in a lot of ways.  It is going to help release some frustration.  It is going to make you feel better about yourself.  It is going to allow you better clarity and focus, which will be necessary.

3) Start Searching now.
If that your goal is to get back into the job market and working for somebody else and living paycheck to paycheck. I had no control over when I would have to stop working or when my income would instantaneously cease

4) Be aggressive
When you get into contact with companies and get interviews make sure you stay on top of them.  Employers will never fault you for inquiring on your status, but they might forget you if you let them.

Don’t panic and don’t give up.  There are plenty of jobs out there and remember, America is a place where wealth is created not stolen or reallocated.  Show your value to a company and you can get a job in any economy.
