Well, I have received some disturbing news this weekend my unit may be deploying next year.  It will be my 3^rd deployment 2 reserves one active duty.  It’s not really bad new I sign up for this, but I hate leaving my family for whatever time we have to do.  Anyway this was pretty good week I have an appointment to go on Monday.  It’s code violation 2 bathrooms 1 bath 1730sqft comp are around 185K-190K close to the bay.  Yeah, sound good so far, but I think this a probate the owners are brothers one live here in Virginia the other is in Kentucky. So, I will give more details after my meeting tomorrow.  Oh, here is an update to Bruton Ave and Temple Ave I was doing some detective work trying to find the homeowners.  Well, Temple Ave no dice Bruton Ave I sent a letter with “Address Service Requested” still waiting for something.  Oh, if you don’t know Bruton Ave and Temple Ave are tax liens properties from tax lien list that I put together at the courthouse.  Ok, that’s all for today.

Hey, I like talk about doing a Massive Direct Marketing Campaign.  The method I use to finding discounted property is called the Massive Direct Marketing Campaign.  This method is nothing more than a targeted mailing.  You will pick a specific area to mail in. This could be neighborhood, sub-division, zip code or simply a series of streets. Than you send them a series of postcards to find prospective sellers who may be interested in selling their property or seller who may have been thinking about putting their house up for sale but just have not done it yet for one reason or another.  The idea here is simply send out a lot of postcards.  Remember,  it‘s a number game.  If you contact enough people over the course of time you will get an interested seller. Eventually, you will get some sellers to sell you their property at a discount.
